Ticket Dismissal Texas stands behind our TDLR-approved online defensive driving course (Provider CP206). The following policy outlines the terms of our money-back guarantee.

We will issue a full refund of your $25.00 course fee when all of the following conditions are met:

• You request the refund before completing the full 6-hour course
• Your certificate of completion has not yet been issued
• Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your enrollment date

No reason is required. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team:

• Include: Your name, email address used for enrollment, and enrollment date

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

We cannot issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Course completed: You have completed all 6 hours and your certificate has been issued
• 30-day window passed: Your refund request is submitted more than 30 days after enrollment
• Court denial: Your ticket dismissal was denied by a court for any reason outside our control. The $25 course fee covers the educational content, not the court outcome.
• Fraudulent enrollment: Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions
