You may request a refund of your $25.00 course fee within 30 days of enrollment if you are dissatisfied with the course, provided that:
No reason is required to request a refund under this satisfaction guarantee.
If you decide not to continue with the course, contact our support team in writing as soon as possible.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to our applicable cancellation and refund policy and Texas law, including the following:
Eligible early cancellation: A full refund will be provided when required under Texas Education Code Section 1001.401, including qualifying cancellations made before midnight of the third day after enrollment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, subject to the statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal before course completion: Where applicable, a refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of tuition and instructional services, as required by Texas law.
Technical issues: If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or completing the course, contact support so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, any applicable refund will be determined under this policy and applicable law.
We will not deny a refund solely because a request falls outside our voluntary 30-day guarantee if applicable law requires a refund.
Subject to applicable law, a refund under our voluntary satisfaction guarantee may not be available in the following circumstances:
Course completed: You have completed the full six-hour course and your certificate of completion has been issued.
Voluntary guarantee period expired: More than 30 days have passed since enrollment and no other refund entitlement applies.
Court outcome: Your ticket dismissal is denied by a court for reasons outside our control. Our course fee pays for the educational course, not a guaranteed court outcome.
Change of mind after completion: You have completed the course and subsequently decide you no longer want the service.
Fraud or abuse: Your enrollment involves verified fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that remain available.
Each request will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this section removes refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
Students are responsible for checking their eligibility with the appropriate court before enrolling.
If you discover after enrollment that you are ineligible for ticket dismissal, contact us promptly. We will review your request under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and applicable Texas law.
Our course provides defensive driving education. The court determines whether a ticket qualifies for dismissal, and we cannot guarantee a particular court decision.
The standard $25.00 course fee includes email delivery of the certificate, where applicable.
If you purchase an optional physical certificate or printed copy, the additional delivery fee may be non-refundable once the certificate has been processed and shipped, to the extent permitted by law.
Optional rush email delivery fees may be non-refundable once the rush service has been completed and the certificate has been sent, to the extent permitted by law.
Any refund required by applicable law will take precedence over these limitations.
